When my dentist told me I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled I was very nervous. I was even more nervous and wrecked when I was told I had to see an outside surgeon. I am not good at getting comfortable with new people especially when it comes to dentistry. When I first made the call to set up an appointment I was astonished on how caring and kind the receptionist was in giving me information. That was only the beginning. My first day to get evaluated was nothing short of impressive. I was greeted with love and care and felt a sincere desire to make me feel comfortable. Then I met Dr. Engel. He was nothing but kind, funny, friendly, and relaxing. As a team effort I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed when before I was a nervous wreck. On the day of surgery, Dr. Engel and his amazing team made me feel comfortable and reassured. After surgery the love and care of each person made me feel so comfortable in a frightening situation. The performance of the surgery was nothing short of perfect. I was told what to do to make a quick recovery, but it was the passion in what these people do, and the care for me as a patient that made this such an easy recovery. I have never met a more sincere and professional group of health care providers. I would recommend Dr. Engel and his team for any range of surgery needed in dentistry to anyone I know. I had a surgical root canal procedure when I was 78 years young. My own dentist had the very complete records from Dr. Engel. He was very impressed with the procedure that Dr. Engel performed. My dentist told me that it was not an easy procedure since I only have five teeth left of my own. I felt very comfortable during the entire procedure.

The morning of my extraction, I wasn't half as anxious as I thought I'd be. And you were like a magician with the IV - I didn't even feel it (and there's not even a trace of bruising!).
