We recognize that even hearing the word “surgery” makes some people feel anxious. We want your procedure to be as pleasant as possible, and offer a full range of anesthesia for your comfort.
Dr. Matton has extensive training in all types of anesthesia and his training and experience, combined with state-of-the-art monitoring systems, ensures your safety.
Many patients require or choose a form of anesthesia such as nitrous oxide analgesia (laughing gas), oral sedation, intravenous conscious sedation, intravenous deep sedation or general anesthesia. The ability to provide our patients with safe, effective outpatient, office-based anesthesia has distinguished the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for decades. Our practice offers the most modern choices for anesthesia in a comfortable, safe environment. The anesthetics are administered by Dr. Matton with the assistance of his experienced staff. Patient safety is our top priority.
The entire surgical staff at East Lyme Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, LLC are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV sedation and surgery. All personnel are CPR certified.
